Very relaxed atmosphere. Not stuffy at all as some 5 star hotels can be. Staff was excellent. Courteous, attentive and efficient. My room was spotless. Plenty of towels, which was wonderful. Very receptive to my request not to have my room cleaned for the 4 nights I was there. My room was spacious with a full sea view (Executive Ocean View Room) on the 31st floor.
