Meeting chef bharti Singh was amazing. The hospitality in the restaurant eating area was very nice . Rooms were nice comfortable and very well equipped for a good stay.

All the staff were amazing. The breakfast staff were very helpful. I caught a cold from all the fans going at the wedding events I attended (Not from the Hyatt) and the staff made me a hot water lemon and ginger drink to help me feel better, and then gave me a takeaway cup to go. Greatly appreciated. The security staff were also welcoming and helpful, and very thorough. They also kept me updated on the cyclone and flight cancellations. So special thanks to the head of security. Our room assistant kept our room spotlessly clean and was so friendly and nice. The reception staff were also amazing and helpful especially Zoya. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly return to the Park Hyatt Chennai. Thank you to all your amazing staff, you made our 12 day stay very special.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very good experience. The stay was definitely value for money. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything looked fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities were good, visitors were allowed, and the overall service was professional, which made the experience comfortable. The customer service truly exceeded expectations. From the moment I checked in, Azhar, Praveen, and Iqbal went above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the property feels very safe. Access to Uber, Ola, and Rapido is also convenient. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the generosity and warmth of the staff more than make up for it. I have never before seen a front-desk associate, like Praveen, take it upon himself to pick up my medication late in the evening. This level of care is extraordinarily rare anywhere in the world. I would definitely stay again.
