Lovely hotel situated in the heart of the heritage district. The rooms have spacious and luminous interiors, with high ceilings, multiple windows, and a charming balcony. The breakfast provided was excellent and diverse.

If you want to stay in an old traditional house right in the middle of the Latin Quarters of Fontainhas, that’s the place! The terrace is amazing, full of beautiful plants. Jeanette and her family are the best, helped me with absolutely everything, from booking car transfers to preparing the breakfast earlier before walking tours! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were great. Mr. Tipanna is a very courteous, responsive and helpful person. So is Mr. Anil. The breakfast at Vivanta was pleasurable and delightful for a great morning start.
