We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service minded, big thanks to the front office and breakfast staff, you made us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect and the facilities are beautiful with the highest standard of cleanliness. I look forward staying here again.

This property is great for a family of 4 stay in Bologna. Silva is a very responsive and helpful host, the location is fantastic with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Also can park outside the ZTL with a 3 min walk to the property for 24 euro per night. The apartment has all that you need and feels safe. The beds are super comfortable.

We were very happy with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The sofa bed felt just like a real bed, super comfortable! The location was great, only 8-10 minutes from the city center and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Antonio, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, he even left us coffee, water, and pastries. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartament is great, looks much better then in the pictures. Everything is new and good quality. Also it is very clean and has all facilities, including table chair for baby and seat toillet for small children. We had a great stay and would definitily stay here again when we return to Bologna. The owner was also very nice and helpful. We really reccomand this place! It is 10 minutes walk to Bologna central station and 20 minutes walk to historical center.

Great accommodation for a visit to Bologna - lovely clean rooms in a central location, very comfortable and spacious, generous additional inclusions such as drinks and snacks available in the main lounge. Owners were responsiveness and helpful via message including access pre-check in and post-check out for luggage storage. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.
