The apartment is absolutely stunning! Nicoletta’s exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness as a host, combined with the beautifully curated property, made our stay unforgettable. Spacious and thoughtfully designed, the apartment feels like a true home away from home. Her personal touches, from the tasteful decor and warm lighting to the large towels, cozy bedding, and bedside lamps, show her pride in hosting guests. Located in a gorgeous neighborhood across from Teatro Duse, the apartment is just a short, pleasant walk into town. It's up three flights of wide stairs with high ceilings, it is a very stately building. The primary bedroom on the main floor, with its full bath, is perfect for a couple. A second hall bath is nicely appointed, and the mansard bedroom, accessed via a spiral staircase, offers additional space—though it’s better suited for older children or adults without mobility concerns. The living room features three comfortable sofas and a dining table for eight, with stunning views of the clay rooftops from every angle. A major bonus is the inclusion of washer and dryer—a rare luxury in Europe. There is a crib in the mansard for a parent to stay with their baby upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, speed oven, and full refrigerator, making it ideal for cooking meals. We loved preparing a delicious dinner with fresh ingredients from the downtown markets. Bologna itself is a gem—a paradise for foodies and history lovers. We stayed for two nights. The apartment had far more amenities than we’ve encountered in any hotel. Every need you can think of was more than provided for. The location of the apartment was also very nice; we walked to many places. Everything was well thought out by Paolo, who was extremely kind and helpful. An ice cream voucher is offered, and the ice cream is really excellent.

I loved everything about or stay. Patrizia at check-in was kind, friendly, welcoming and made local recommendations. Our room, Verde, was a spacious chamber with high ceilings and private bathroom. It was spacious and quiet.
