The host was amazing from the beginning! She sent very detailed directions and instructions with step-by-step photos for a streamless and easy arrival in Florence by train. She was willing to let us securely store our luggage prior to check-in and even offered us early check-in so we could start touring in the morning. When our train was delayed, she even made sure we were okay! The unit is an easy 10 minute walk from the T2 tram, which is a 15-20 minute ride from the S.M.Novella train station. The apartment is decorated very nicely and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook or bake anything. You can tell by the little details that the host put some of her love into this apartment and wants her guests to be welcomed and comfortable. The host left a book in the kitchen with restaurant recommendations, which was surprising and appreciated! Please try the wonderful, local restaurant in the shopping center next to the apartment's tram stop. Not only was it very convenient after a long day of sightseeing, but all of our food, steak, salad, homemade bread, and pizza, were delicious, and the service was amazing! I would not hesitate to stay here on my next visit to Florence. I would highly recommend it to a small family or a couple of friends, because while there are two spacious bedrooms, you have to share a bathroom.

Great location for our arrival in Florence by car, possibility of parking at a distance of 20 m from the place of accommmodation. Proximity to the tram ( 1 min). It’s very easy and fast ( 15 min) to get to city center. Elina was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, clean room .
