Best apartment I've ever seen. Fully equipped with top quality equipment (see pic with kitchen equipment), recently renovated with excellent materials and taste, abundant furniture and storage, really everything one can possibly need, such as two large flat screen TVs, two new ACs, large fridge with separate freezer, induction plate, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, even a salad drier . Kitchen stuffed with all little useful things from soap and dishwasher detergent, to garbage bags to oil vinegar and spices. In fact this is obviously a home, not a rental. Access to the city centre by air conditioned tram in 15 minutes

Great location for our arrival in Florence by car, possibility of parking at a distance of 20 m from the place of accommmodation. Proximity to the tram ( 1 min). It’s very easy and fast ( 15 min) to get to city center. Elina was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, clean room .
