First of all, the location couldn’t be better! On the same street that runs behind The Duomo and The Baptistry, but far enough to be away from the tourist crush around those sites. Within walking distance of the train station (and I have a weak hip and use a cane!) and all the historic sites. The hotel itself is beautiful! There is a lovely lobby with seating and always dispensers of lemon water. The nicely appointed breakfast area is used in the afternoon for tea. There is also a small bar open in the afternoons and evenings. My room was lovely as well and exactly as pictured on the website! The bed was very comfortable and there was a small desk and chair, a large wardrobe for clothes, and an upholstered armchair in front of the of the window. The window also opened and had a screen so that you could leave it open for some fresh air. When the window was closed, the room was very quiet. The electrical outlets were conveniently located at the nightstand and at the desk, so it was very convenient to charge my devices. I am used to very small bathrooms in Europe, but the bathroom in my room was quite large with a large vanity and the shower was also very large with both a handheld and a rain shower head. Finally, the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. I stayed for ten days and felt right at home and comfortable!

It’s a really nice place to stay! The location was the best. Just take 10mins walk from train station and just 5mins to Duomo Cathedral! You can even seen the tower from your room! All the staff are really nice here especially Samuela helps a lot! Breakfast was a highlight as well! Highly recommended!

Best place to stay in Florence. Paola was a great host. Her place was so clean and in the best location. 2 min walk to the tram.which takes you directly to the airport, only a 5 min walk to the train station so pulling your luggage is no problem, right beside are Asian convenience stores, right across is a laundry shop. At the end of the road, 2 min walk is the Mercato Centrale and all the leather bags, souvenirs etc. Want a break from Italian food? Theres Pho, Chinese, Indian and Turkish food in the same street! There are 2 convenience stores between the train statiin and the apartment. The Duomo is a short walk as well. The apartment is so spacious and very clean.

Brilliant location, stone throw away from major attractions and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean with good sized bedrooms, comfortable for our family of four and equipped with Netflix/Disney +/ YouTube to keep the young ones entertained. Filippo was patient with our questions and gave good travel advice.
