amazing apartment! great location, so quite and peaceful, only 8 minutes from city center. the apartment was clean and spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the sheets was amazing. The kitchen have everything you need for a good dinner. Fabio was nice and welcoming. Definitely a place to come back in Florence.❤️

The location for this apartment was perfect. Walking distance to everything! The host, Riccardo, was so informative, kind and welcoming. He immediately gave us a map with a list of some of his favorite restaurants, sights, and general info (great for jet-lagged folks who were hungry and tired and just needed something close by). He also created a really useful guide, so if it's your first time in Florence you can use it to make sure you don't miss any of the important spots (and, when you have decision fatigue about which gelato place to try next, he's got a great list going already for you!). Groceries are across the street and a full kitchen as well. Washer is small but mighty (no dryer, but a drying rack). Apartment is next to the office, so they are available to help out with anything that might come up.

The apartment was really nice, everything was modern and new and it was very well equipped. The location was fantastic right in the heart of Florence with restaurants and all of the sights within a short walk. Communication with the host was good and a small issue was resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return again soon.

I loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The palazzo is incredible , our room had renaissance Frescoes paintings!!! Everything is like a 5 star hotel and more, beautifully decorated, comfortable , spacious and the location is premium , steps from La Santa Croce ! I will definitely recommend palazzo Doni as the BEST place to stay in Florence !
