Couldn’t fault the staff, they were amazing. The rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delightful had afternoon tea and at night happy hour for one hour, had wine and beer to meet other people.The hotel is in a fantastic spot, step at the door and restaurants right on your doorstep. Would definitely come back if I go highly recommend .

There is nothing not to like. Great location and the staff are above and beyond. Breakfast was a real treat as well. For those looking for a great place in the middle of Florence , close to everything , but feeling like it’s away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the rooms were perfect and new looking. Would stay here again .

Great location, walking distance to many of the places you want to visit, breakfast was excellent, many delicious choices and great service. Very clean and spacious rooms , shower a bit tight . Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
