The manager was very friendly and helpful. He offered to let us deposit our luggage so we could spend a day in Cinque Terre without carrying luggage around.

Loved it! The location was prime. You're in the heart of la Spezia. Close to the train station, coffee shops, restaurants, the pier. The apartment is clean, spacious, fresh, newly renovated. Just like the picture. But the best of all, the treatment and service from the owners. They do go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. They made me feel very welcome and I hope to come back with more time. Gracias miles!

Easily the best apartment stay ever!!!! Perfectly located in between the harbor and the train station and right in the middle of the old town shopping and dining area. Private balcony to have breakfast and watch the world go by. Double glazed windows kept the noise totally out of this immaculately presented large, comfortable and FULLY equipped apartment so we were able to sleep well. 2 split system new air conditioners kept the apartment at our desired temperature. Best of all was a large, clean washing machine with all products required and a drying rack. Even clothes storage in the bedroom was well thought out. We will be going back to this apartment for a stay every time we are in Italy.
