There was good and clear communication with the host(s). The rooms were sufficiently big (given that it is a very good location in Milan). Since we stayed in summer, the AC was good enough to sleep through the night.

The place was clean and well organized. Included all facilities and check-in was simpler. Cristian is a wonderful host. I would have loved to meet him in person to thank him in person. He was quick in responses and we had zero issues during the stay. The location is pretty accessible with trams and buses. There is also a big supermarket in walkable distance that makes the stay more convenient. We would have loved to stay longer.

The room is super cute, had everything I need, I was fall in love with it when I saw it at the first time, and it looks exactly like the photo, the owner is super nice and helpful also. I feel I found my home in Milan, highly recommend!!!!

Looked exactly like the photos. Very clean. The digital system for entering using the phone takes a little getting used to, but afterward, it's pretty practical. Two (!) air conditioning units, both working very well, means that even at 38°C outside it only takes 5 minutes to cool down the entire apartment after a long day out.
