The location was ideal for a stay in Perugia. Very central but quiet. My room was very comfortable and clean. The ambience was warm and I enjoyed the artwork, the delicious breakfast and cappuccinos, and the warm welcome and assistance from the family. Michele talked me into going to Assisi (no regrets), gave me other recommendations and was a delight to converse with!

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully laid out. We didn’t use the extra bedroom at all but we could see that a group of four would easily be accommodated. The location was ideal. We walked everywhere. The street has lots of options for dining and drinks. Is also very close to the main pedestrian corridor. Clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It is perfectly located and the view from the outdoor terrace was stunning. Fulvio was in regular communication and was very flexible about our arrival time and helped us with free parking outside the apartment. Fulvio also helped provide us with spare keys when we left ours in the apartment. Overall a perfect stay and could not recommend it more highly.
