Great experience, dreamlike room and accommodation in general. We requested the four poster bed and got exactly that, received a welcome drink upon check in and the room had a very large bathtub. Late checkout until noon was perfect. Definitely worth the **** and corresponding price. If you go down the hill, you get a variety of dining options, some good (wine)bars and metro station to get to Rome’s ancient sightseeing attractions.

Absolutely wonderful property. Clean and spacious. The location was excellent - in the Aventino area. This is a non-touristy area, so it’s quiet and not crowded. 5 minute walk to Circus Maximus, bus stop, and metro stop. Wonderful restaurants nearby, and grocery stores. Barbara, the owner, was helpful and kind. Cannot recommend enough.

Barbara (the owner) was fantastic and assisted us after we had our wallets stolen along with our money and credit cards. It was walking distance to the train station.
