Great place to stay if you are wanting to be closer to the airport or away from Rome's city center. Across the street is a beautiful park that you can walk plus many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is a great size for 2 people, we valued having the balcony to sit out on. Host was responsive and even drove us to the airport.

Very easy to communicate with the host. Very nice and clean apartment at great location - subway is only a few minutes by foot away, then 20-30 minutes to downtown. Comfortable bed in decently sized bedroom with lots of closet space, spacious bathroom and nice living room/kitchen area. Several restaurants close-by as well as a small grocery store.

New flat Beethoven is located in Rome, just a 17-minute walk from EUR Magliana Metro Station and 2.2 miles from Basilica San Paolo Metro Station.

A delightfully comfortable, clean, and well-stocked apartment for a professional or tourist visit to Rome. We stayed for less than a day as we had more than a few hours between check out from another hotel and our flight time. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and gave us a room in the morning itself even though normal check in time is at 3 pm!
