Feels brand new! Love how we have everything we need including a kitchen, laundry room and amenities. Location is not bad as it’s close to metro to get to all the main sites. Fantastic rate for the stay!! Beds are all super comfortable, love that there are electric window coverings to keep out light and great space for all the suitcases and to feel like you are almost at home!

Gulian himself was an incredible host, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm and friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome, and his willingness to assist with any queries or concerns was truly remarkable. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a spotless and well-maintained space that instantly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in cleanliness was remarkable, and I couldn't help but appreciate the efforts put into maintaining such a pristine environment. It was evident that Gulian takes great pride in ensuring his guests have the best experience possible. One of the highlights of the apartment was the thoughtful amenities provided. The presence of two AC units made it easy to escape the summer heat and enjoy a cool and comfortable atmosphere throughout. The coffee machine was a lovely touch, allowing me to savor a freshly brewed cup each morning. Additionally, the large shower was a welcome luxury, providing a relaxing and invigorating experience after a long day of exploring. Location-wise, the apartment couldn't have been better situated. With bus stations in close proximity, transportation was a breeze, making it convenient to explore the city and its surrounding areas. The presence of two supermarkets just around the corner was an added bonus, allowing for easy access to groceries and other necessities. Overall, my experience at Gulian's apartment was nothing short of exceptional. From the friendly and helpful host to the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful amenities, every aspect of my stay was carefully catered to. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option. I certainly look forward to returning in the future!

Building is located on main transport artery in Trastevere with excellent connections to historic part of the city and train station to/from airport. Property is located in greenful courtyard of the building and away from sounds and disturbances.

The room is really amazing (modern, spacious, clean, of great style). Same for the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, really spacious & beautiful rooms, easy to check-in online, comfortable beds and value for money. We also had a welcome prosecco and 2 bottle of water available in the room which were unexpected and a coffee machine was also available in the kitchen. The room looked exactly as the pictures.

Neat and spacious apartment for two with a terrace in a great location with everything you need nearby. Quiet and comfortable for a rest after long walks in Rome.
