The location is good, to achieve the city center by subway was fine. We felt there very well.

Offering a garden, Barzo Apartment features accommodations in Rome. The apartment is located in a quiet street about 500 meters from the terminus of the metro line B (Laurentina). Travel time to the center of Rome is about 25 minutes. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find a department store, a bakery, a pharmacist and some good restaurants (for example Stile Osteria). The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a large living room with terrace, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. There is air conditioning in the living room. The Wifi functioned well. The owner is very friendly. On our arrival he offered us a box of chocolates. He had also provided a sufficient supply of capsules for the coffee machine at no extra charge. On our departure, he took us to the airport on payment of a proper fee which we offered to him ourselves.

Prato Smeraldo Apartment offers accommodations in Rome, 1.7 miles from Laurentina Metro Station and 2.4 miles from EUR Fermi Metro Station. We spent here 4 days because of our 25. anniversary of our marriage. The place is quiet, at the end of some estate, with view on the park; very relaxing after visiting centre of Rome. We expirienced a local Italian life, without tourists, visiting local shops, pizzeria, enjoying local planszowa and animals - for example wild living green parrots.

Casa Grilli is located in Rome, just 2.7 miles from Basilica San Paolo Metro Station and 3 miles from EUR Magliana Metro Station. The apartment is very spacious and has big balcony. It is located in typical Rome residential area where rarely you can spot any tourist. Metro is 8 mins on foot, supermarket 2 mins. I was here with kids and the stay was very comfortable. What kids remember from stay at most is 'un cornetto con latte' - Italian breakfast included in the price served just nearby. The host is very polite and kind.

Loved everything about the property infrastructure and functionality. Very spacious and comfortable. Less than 500 meters to walk to a PAM grocery, a bar-tabacchaio (cafe') a pharmacy. Parking available on premise or adjacent street. Great location if you're main travel is in EUR.
