parking ample; safe, amenities fir comfort, bar on ground floor for an Italian breakfast, enough away from Sirmione with less hassle of crowds. the only thing that was a problem is that we couldn’t find it because the sign was small and set back from the road but not a distraction for an excellent hotel.

The B&B was in an attractive well kept home and grounds. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom which was spacious. There was daily room cleaning as well. The breakfast, served by the hosts, not self serve, was varied, generous and tasty! Street parking was easy in this quiet residential neighborhood near Sirmione and a block from Lake Garda. The hosts were gracious, welcoming and very helpful!

Everything was amazing!! The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, great location - very close to Sirmione and garda lake. Outside there is a big garden and a balcony for great breakfast. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and nice. We had a great time there. Looking forward coming back.

Just everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful appartement with everything you need. Excellent service beyond the agreed upon. Cold local white wine and waters in the fridge upon arrival. Close to wonderful restaurants with excellent service and just extremely nice people. Right out to the lake and lake beaches. Pool was wonderful too. Do try the local white wine Lugana. Sirmione is a beautiful town. We will be back!
