Ready to help. Location is great ("the second row" from sea, but with great view to sea); also convenient for walking around (nice town, with beautiful "corners"). For me sea view is mandatory; hotel kindly upgraded me to superior room, and I am grateful. Breakfast is great...everybody can find what like...and with unique experience, with piano playing. I also like convenient way to reach beach (it is elevator from your flor to level -3, where you exit to small tunnel towards beach); each day I swim there (take coupon from reception for a free entrance) - when you go there, it is option to pay for sunbed, but I did not need that, with nice terrace of my room. At level -1 is pool, nice, and - it is the part always in shadow. I like the way how I was approached by staff...with care. Also to mention, it is option for lunch and dinner in hotel, room service; also, within 5 minutes walking you are in town center with a lot of nice options for eating (some of them nice, but much cheaper). My experience in exploring different places is great! Food and music made my days nice (of course with hotel and room with great sea view). I did boat trips: to Amalfi coast and to Capri....the both are great. Just a note: this area is difficult for somebody difficulty go by stairs, up and down....

Facing the beachfront, Hotel Lorelei Londres offers 5-star accommodations in Sorrento and has a garden, terrace and restaurant. Very good location and very clean (they actually clean the rooms twice a day). Very helpful front desk, they arranged for us everything we asked for and helped us with planning our days. The view from the room was stunning. Great thing is that they have a valet parking, so if you are travelling by car it's very convenient. The best feature, however, is the restaurant. It has a michelin star and service and food are just awsome!!!

The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to resolve any issues. George at the arrivals area was most helpful and guided us throughout the stay. Our trip to positano was a breeze because of his guidance. Breakfast was really nice and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The club longue was a great area to relax and unwind after returning to the hotel. The decor of the hotel was super exclusive and give it a very rich feel.
