The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was a decent size with a couch to sit on. The hotel had an elevator. The concierge were very friendly and helpful. The shower had nice pressure and was hot. The bed was a little hard, but not bad. The breakfast was complete with eggs, meat and all kinds of different choices including a conteninental breakfast. Nice overall stay, although a little pricey, but what do you expect for Venice?

Communication with the staff were fast and they were responsive to my messages. The hotel is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the train station. The staffs were friendly and helpful, giving us information about Venice as well as showing us to our room and providing info on the room. Room was cosy and clean and wifi was strong. It is around 20 to 30 mins walk to the San Marco and Rialto bridge but it's a nice walk with beautiful sights. We didn't take the buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, close to everything but not overcrowded. The owner was super friendly and supportive in all aspects. Spotless room and bathroom. Amazing breakfast with fresh croissants and cappuccino, and many other delights. Thank you Gianluca!!!

What we really liked was that we really experienced being in Venice in an authentic way. True Venetian gem, the apartment is outfitted in traditional style, but remodeled and comfortable to modern standards. It is clean and cozy. The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from any points of interest, and far enough from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Just around corner is Campo San Giacomo with super nice restaurants and cafés, grocery store and bakery. Francesco was really helpful and super nice and friendly, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and happy. Thank you 🙏
