Extremely easy check-in process with friendly staff. Great location, a quiet neighborly vibe and easily access to Gion subway, one stop away from Hakata station. We took advantage of the FamilyMart a block and a half away. The room with two beds was more spacious than any Japanese hotel I've ever stayed in. Has all the amenities you could ask for from a business hotel, including a kitchenette, washer dryer, a tub, a shower with amazing water pressure and heat. The AC was powerful and kept the space toasty at all times. We even got a little balcony! Wifi was crisp and fast. It worked even better than my home wifi for video calls. Exceptionally clean and comfortable quarters. I could not recommend this place enough to all business and leisure travelers.

I liked that the room is big enough to accommodate 6 persons. It was very clean. Although a bit far from Hakata Station, there is a bus stop nearby. It is very near convenience stores and also Mr. Max Select.

Wonderful modern, clean, and nicely appointed room, within walking distance to nightly yatai food stalls. Provided a welcome gift of sake and cookies was a nice little touch. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Clean, convenient if you can commute by bus. Far enough from crowdedness and chaos. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Service is top-notch and we never had to ask for anything more as everything is sufficiently prepared. 100% would come back!
