The hotel is close to everything. Metro, subway, train station and grocery stores. The staff is very helpful. I love the amenities. The drinks are free from 5 to 8 ( red and white wine, all sorts of tea and coffee, there are free cookies, candies and chocolates as well) The bed and pillows are very comfortable and that is a plus for me.

Really close to the Shinkansen station which made it super easy to get to. They were very friendly and accommodating with keeping our bags there for a long time. The facilities were beautiful. The public bath was clean and well kept and maintained. Our room was very large and we had a relaxing time. It was right near all these amazing kobe beef restaurants.
