Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the TV app not working upon check-in. The front desk lady sent technical staff and fixed it immediately after receiving the report. Rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast choices were plenty and good. Bedding and pillows were good. Toiletries provided were of good quality. Location is great and within walking distance to the tram station. There are convenient stores within 5-min walk. Price was reasonable considering the quality services provided.

It was in a good location near a lot of shops. It also was very clean and easy to maneuver. They also had a kitchen for use as well as a laundry room. They also had storage lockers to put your stuff in after you checked out so you travel and come get your stuff.
