The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They spoke fluent English. We were given recommendations to things to visit and places nearby to eat. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast and their private bath were worth the price.

Location was perfect for the usual tourist sightseeing and a stone throw from tons of eating places, including the ones on famous Pontocho alley. Our room was very clean, enough spacious and, very important for jet lagged travelers, very quiet. Reception staff was very helpful and English speaking, luggage forward to next hotel was a breeze (and also prompt forwarding of a pair of shoes forgotten in the room:) )

The location is great, around 10 minutes walk from the market and bus/metro stations. The stuff has excellent english and very helpful. The room was small but it was enough for us. There are coin laundry and drier which are useful. The hostel looks great, new.
