The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They spoke fluent English. We were given recommendations to things to visit and places nearby to eat. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast and their private bath were worth the price.

Location was perfect for the usual tourist sightseeing and a stone throw from tons of eating places, including the ones on famous Pontocho alley. Our room was very clean, enough spacious and, very important for jet lagged travelers, very quiet. Reception staff was very helpful and English speaking, luggage forward to next hotel was a breeze (and also prompt forwarding of a pair of shoes forgotten in the room:) )
