The location was excellent. It was 5-10 min walk from JR station. The staff were extremely helpful! The staff speak good English. They offer me extra help in finding the shops that I wanted to visit. I didn't book for the breakfast but the free drinks, snacks (free ice bar), and noodles were amazingly good. I will try breakfast next time when I come back.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the TV app not working upon check-in. The front desk lady sent technical staff and fixed it immediately after receiving the report. Rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast choices were plenty and good. Bedding and pillows were good. Toiletries provided were of good quality. Location is great and within walking distance to the tram station. There are convenient stores within 5-min walk. Price was reasonable considering the quality services provided.
