The staff in this hostel was simply the best. Extremely friendly and welcoming, they were definitely the highlight of my stay. I stayed in a private room and it was quite comfortable too.

Toilet area is very spacious. We at level1 triple room and quite convenient to bring luggages inside. Check in/out very easy. Overall is good stay. Carpark a few mins away.

Love this hotel. Rooms are slightly bigger than hotels in Tokyo and were great for our family of 5( includes baby). The view was exceptional. The breakfast was awesome, a bit of western to east items and again the view was great. We got Club Lounge access which I highly recommend, quality drinks and food items for the entire family. Location was exceptional with station connected to hotel and one stop from Nagoya station.

This place is perfect for families, as the room comfortably accommodated my family of four. The space was incredibly spacious, which made our stay so much more relaxing after long days of exploring. The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location was great: the subway station was directly in front of the hotel entrance, and it was a 10-minute walk to Sakae. The room was also amazing! The bed was so comfortable, and there were so many amenities.
