Great little guest house, I would stay here again! Excellent breakfast (and dinner for extra charge is good too). Lovely ambience for hanging out apres ski. Helpful staff. Short walk to lifts at Annupuri. No convenience store nearby, and limited restaurants. If you don’t have a car you can get here on the bus, but we wished we had loaded up on more snacks before so we have some while skiing. Onsens also are a short walk away.

The host is incredible. Super friendly, helpful and caring person. Will definitely make you smile. The place is an old cosy wooden house. Toilets and showers are shared and in good condition. You can be sure that you can have a good warm shower after a cold day of snowboarding.

One of the TVs was broken when we checked in. We didn’t think it was a big problem. Then the other day the hotel manager came to apologise with a champagne, a bottle of juice for my kid and a plate of fruits. The staff in the SKII concierge was also very flexible in terms of bus transportation. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends.

The building is new, everything is clean and well-organized. The small public bath is also a great experience. The simple Japanese breakfast is very enjoyable. The overall service is quite good, and I definitely plan to come back during the winter season.

The hotel is fairly new, very well appointed, and a great location with enough things to do in Hanazono. The thing we appreciated most was the hospitality -- the staff were very attentive and helpful, from the front desk, room service and in-house dining. Our room had a beautiful view, the beds and beddings were great. We actually had the best sleep here.
