A great location for exploring Osaka without being right in the middle of Dotonbori. There were a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very spacious. The staff was amazing, and very helpful with getting us reservations at restaurants or making suggestions of places to go if we needed.

This hotel stay was probably our nicest stay. A few mins walk from the metro station. About 18 mins walk to the donburi river area (where all the action is). The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We got the breakfast included and honestly was such a great breakfast with a western and Japanese version. So very convenient is the supermarket next door so was easy to get fruit or snacks and drinks etc.

Staff were friendly and spoke English well. The rooms and facilities were very clean. I also felt very safe and secure. You need a keycard to access the elevator and the individual rooms, so I felt very safe in my room. The bathrooms were really clean, and they provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. However, other amenities need to be bought. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, but a close 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Namba/Dotonburi area. It’s easy to find and close to transit lines as well.
