We stayed for 2 nights for the Osaka Expo and this hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful—you can even ask them to arrange a taxi to come directly to the hotel. Since we stayed in a VIP suite, they replaced the water and cans of beer every day, which was a nice touch. Every night from 9–10 pm they also offered free ramen delivered to the room, and there were complimentary refreshments available in the 2nd floor lobby. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—we had our own karaoke, indoor and outdoor bathtubs, and even a hot stone bed similar to a sauna. You really don’t need to bring anything with you, as the hotel provides everything: pajamas, towels, body lotion, face cream, and more. The food menu for room service was good and reasonably priced, since the hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant. You can also become a member for just ¥330, which gives you discounts on food and drinks as well as welcome drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).

It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It was as spotless upon our arrival and the check in went smoothly thanks to the help of the staff. The location provided access to a a number of great restaurants, several laundromats, and the nearby train station. The kitchen appliances allowed us to both cook and store food at home.

In Japan, me and my friends met several nice people, but by far, Ishino-san was the nicest. The house was superb and had everything we needed, but the services by Ishino-san and how we never had any issues and he was always available to help made our stay even better.
