Great communication. The stay is located less than a 10 minute walk to the Osaka Loop Line, which will get you wherever you need to go. The room was great in that it had all the amenities you need for a week long stay. Lawson's is right across the street if you need any items. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Room was clean, good arrangement. They have microwave inside the room. While they don't servw breakfast, thay have a pantry with free hot and cold beverages from 6am til midnight. Laundry room was available ane cheap, and they provide free massge chairs too while you await for your laundry. The staff was nice, provided guests with services and information which was very useful. Very close to namba station as well. All in all great experience. Would return to stay here if coming back to Osaka.

Hotel staff is kind and welcoming, every question or request we had was met. I really have to point this out because it really impacted our stay there. :) The location of the hotel is amazing, lots of restaurants in the area, very close to the center of Osaka. Also the rooms were spacious, especially the shower. Also they had all bathroom necessities ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, even toothbrush and comb) available. Really amazing place :D
