Location was amazing. Room is very spacious for Japanese hotel with this price. Will definitely come back again when in Tokyo.
I dropped my luggage earlier than my check in time in the hotel, when I came back at night, my bag was already in my room, their hospitality and attention to detail are appreciated.

Nice boutique hotel near Nippori station with direct train to Narita airport and also to Tokyo city.
Very welcoming staff, small (well, it’s in Tokyo, so quite normal) but comfortable and clean rooms. No breakfast , but free coffee and tea. Many restaurants in the area anyway.

Location is very good as I travel from Narita airport via Skyliner to Nippori station. Then take 1 station to Nishi Nippori and walk 2 minutes. Secondly, its clean and big room, it's studio unit with kitchen and washing machine. Good for long terms stay.

very nice location! though the hotel is very small, it is very clean and the staff is very helpful.

It was our first time in Japan, and we decided to follow the advice we saw online to book within the Yamanote Circle.
Nippori is convenient, with access to the Shinkansen and the JR Yamanote Line, which connects to most tourist spots.
The staff were great, very nice, and spoke English! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the experience and would definitely recommend it. The neighborhood was peaceful and within walking distance of konbinis and restaurants.
