This hotel is so well designed and cozy. The rooms are huge by Japanese standards! We had a huge bath tub and a tiny dry sauna in the room. I loved it!

Overall very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and allowed me to deliver our luggage which he picked up himself and personally delivered, even though this is more of a rental apartment not a hotel with front desk services. We liked that it is in a quiet residential area and there are cheap supermarkets nearby. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and washing machine.

We quite enjoyed the stay 👍👍👍 👍 Good location, 10 minutes walk from train station that can get you anywhere! 👍 Well heated and clean house. We came here in a cold Spring season. 👍 Easy self check-in. The entire 4-storey house will be yours to enjoy. 1st floor: Entrance, bathroom, toilet, and one room 2nd floor: Living room and fully equipped kitchen 3rd floor: Another toilet and two bedrooms 4th floor: Rooftop terrace While the space may feel compact if you're used to Western-style homes, it’s quite comfortable, especially compared to many hotels in the heart of Tokyo. The house is newly built, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. It features high-tech equipment, reliable Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, and all the essential appliances. You'll find a kitchen, a washing machine (please note: no dryer), and even a hairdryer for your convenience. If you have larger feet, be cautious—the stairs have narrow steps, which can be tricky. Also, if you're carrying heavy luggage, it's best to avoid bringing it upstairs, as the staircase is quite steep and tight. This is a self-check-in property with no reception desk. Early check-in is possible, but late check-out is not allowed. The owner is very responsive and replies quickly to any questions or concerns. A major plus: a convenience store is just two blocks away, making quick trips for snacks or essentials super easy. It is situated in a quiet street.
