Rooms are very clean with good services. The room is small but functional. Its enough to fit 2 medium luggage and a stroller. The hotel is about 5 minutes to the nearest train station. Fast internet which was great if you needed to do some work. There's a laundry room operated by coin slots which was very convenient.

We stayed at this lovely family run boutique hotel during New Year's week. The quiet location of the hotel was a restful contrast to the crowded tourist areas which we could easily access by walking to the nearby train station. The accommodations were modern and spacious with very comfortable beds which have Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. Our very tall teenage boys easily fit in the beds. Our room also included a dining table, sofa, and a small kitchenette. Our booking included a delicious breakfast made daily on site by our hosts and served in the lounge. We even had a special New Year's Day breakfast called Osechi Ryori which included ozoni and a traditional Japanese breakfast on the weekend. The warm hospitality that our hosts extended to us made us feel like we were guests in their home. When we went out for a day trip, they would offer thoughtful items to take depending on our itinerary. When our family became unexpectedly ill, our hosts gave us a care package with supplies and brought breakfast up to our room. We couldn't have been more well cared for. Our kind and gracious hosts treated us like family. They made our trip to Japan so memorable. We would definitely return.

We stayed in the most exceptional room at the Hotel Indigo Shibuya. Beyond the incredible corner view of the Shibuya Scramble crossing, it was beautifully designed with all the necessities and then some tucked away in hidden drawers and pockets within the suite.
The view spanned three floor to ceiling windows, offering us a view though to Tokyo midtown over Yoyogi Park and the Southeastern Ku of Tokyo.
The bathroom suite was stunning, with a full-size bathtub, rain shower and hand shower - perfect for a relaxing spa bath experience after a long day of exploring the city and beyond.
As the end cap to our ten day trip to Japan, this was the most special experience and we are immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.
