We were extremely satisfied with everything about this hotel — starting with its location, style, and cleanliness. It’s a truly elegant and sophisticated place. The umbrella service and the luggage storage after checkout were thoughtful touches that added to our positive experience. We also had access to the lounge, which was very well-designed and comfortable.

Everything was perfect - the room was clean and spacious, we could open up 2 luggages at once. The hotel concierge team was very polite and spoke very good English. I love how everything is matcha themed, from the cafe downstairs, matcha sessions at the concierge (at specific timings), to the teas and shampoo in the room etc.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and nice area, while being very centrally located. The view was exceptional, staff is great, close to metro and JR line Shimbashi (very useful if you also have JR pass). Rooms were spacious for Tokyo size and the facilities were amazing. breakfast is good, more oreinted for Asian guests but still tasty. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and next time if I visit Tokyo - I'm staying here again!

Cozy apartment style accommodation, greets for extended stay. Most rooms come with washer/dryer, but if not, there’s one available in the lobby. Our favourite amenity during the stay was the sauna, 3 available for booking, first come first serve. While our room didn’t have a tub, you’re able to book the sauna with one. The staff at Section L was so lovely and helpful, we loved our stay and look forward to retuning. They provide you with everything you’d need, with options to rent items: vacuum, rice cooker, additional clothing rack, to name a few. We also thought it was a great location for our 2 week stay and it was easy to get to/from the neighborhoods.
