Although they disappointed me at first because they canceled my reservation without prior warning due to a mixup with my bank I must say the staff were incredibly helpI don’t think it was because of the misunderstanding I think that this is their way. Location: close to the station and super convenient if you are flying in or out from Haneda. Close to public baths, supermarkets, and restaurants and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Facilities: All spaces were clean. Beds were comfy! Toiletries and towels are provided and you can even take them to the bath house. Host: Hisayo is the best! I miss her already!

Place was super super clean. Really maintained and loved that it was spacious. This was way bigger than my shinjuku hotel. It was very comfortable for 2 people and could fit up to 5. It's also close to a 7-11 and the station is right upfront. Very very convenient for being close to the airport.
