The hotel room was clean and meticulous. Very well equipped and lots of free amenities such as hair brushes, toothbrush/ toothpaste, razors, and slippers. Bonus was the free ice-cream machine in the lobby. Staff were kind and friendly.

excellent deal, the furnitures were brand new, large screen easy to use. check in and out with automatic stuff, quite efficient. the location is great, the verve coffee near is amazing. and the onsen with the little gym space is also a great surprise

Perfect location. Premium quality of Hyatt service and rooms. My daughter got sick after having apple juice in the morning. The manager went out of his way to visit a nearby drugstore and spoke with the clerk to find the proper medication for my daughter. I was so thankful for his sincerity and willingness to help.

One bedroom apartment was perfect for us. The spaciousness made it easy to unpack and pack again and stay comfortably for 5 nights. Everything was clean and nicely decorated, bed was super comfy and room temp was nice. The shower and tub felt great, and best yet the sink was separate from the toilet, so access wasn't blocked off to the sink while someone was using the toilet. Location is great...very close to 1 metro station and just a few minutes more to another, made it easy to get around...area is quiet with some great restaurants nearby. I was happy with what we paid and I'd stay here again in a second.
