The staff was not just polite, but friendly. They answered any questions we had, like how to use the washing machine. When we needed our trash emptied or more toilet paper etc, our requests were answered promptly.

Everything! Its location is too! The beds are super comfortable! The bathroom is lovely and spacious. Everything has been thought through and the staff is attentive and just lovely.

The whole place was fabulous—completely spotless, kitchen was nicely equipped, decorated beautifully. As is typical in Japan, the walls were pretty thin so you need to watch your footfalls on the upper floors and don’t blast music or talk too loudly, because the whole house can hear you. The top floor has 2 rooms with 2 single-ish beds each, the middle and ground floor both have 1 bedroom each with queen-size beds. There are two showers side by side on the ground floor. The beds were so comfy and I made breakfast in the kitchen (if you want to do this, remember to bring oil and seasonings, as it’s not provided). I will be staying here again!!
