Fantastic hotel in a great location. As the hotel is based on the edge of the business district, the view from the room and the service were astonishing: we arrived before check-in and left our luggage at the reception, and when we returned, the luggage was already delivered to our rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities and free water/coffee/tea. The price for our night was lower than that of other hotels, but the quality most definitely exceeded.

In the heart of the Minato-Mirai area, just a minute's walk from Minato-Mirai Station, The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu offers spacious rooms with a balcony, spectacular views of Minato-Mirai and free... The view from my room and the bath was absolutely spectacular. I really couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony just taking in the view, especially in the evening when the cosmo clock was lit up and changed colours. The breakfast was nice as well. I liked that they had freshly squeezed orange juice and many varieties of pastries, also with chefs there to make you an omelette with fillings of your choice. The location was fabulous due to the hotel being connected to shopping centres and the metro line. You don’t have to walk very far to reach many different shops and restaurants. To top it all off, they even gave me a small music box shaped like a gift bag to celebrate my birthday. I was really touched by this little detail. I’d love to go back.

Your Hotel and service are worthy of the best awards. The gorgeous bed linen in the room made my sleep blissful. Delicious breakfast and attentive staff service. Thank you very much.
