We stayed for 28 days. Communication with Mr Sok was 10/10. He gave me options on airport pick up and then he made arrangements for us to be collected as agreed. We were greeted with cool juice upon arrival. As our room was not yet ready, we were able to leave our bags and go out to do some sightseeing. When we returned to the Hotel, Mr Sok had arranged for our luggage to be taken to our room. There is a cleaning service available according to your requirements - ie if you'd like to change your towels you just leave your towels gathered on the floor and they're replaced, or put a sign out on your door to clean your room. Sometimes we would return and our room was made up and fresh towels provided even though we hadn't gathered them on the floor - so we really appreciated that. Water was provided daily which was much needed considering how hot it is in Siem Reap. The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing - so soft and comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The location is close enough to the city centre to walk, but far away enough to not be in the hustle and bustle and noise of the city. The room was well air conditioned - just make sure you keep the curtains drawn to keep out the heat. Coffee at the hotel is super yummy - highly recommend the coffee with condensed milk. There is a rooftop area which is nice to sit in the evening - you might even catch a cool breeze. There are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby - highly recommend The Source Cafe, Try Me Restaurant, Fame Cafe, Brown Coffee and My Little Cafe. Also within walking distance to lots of laundry services - highly recommend Laundry Automatic Vanny 24h. Great WiFi. There were a few power outages but they didn't last very long. Great customer service from all staff, very friendly. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren, haben wir die gesamte Anlage ohne Einschränkungen nutzen können. Waren sehr hilfreich bei der Reservierung einer spanisch sprechende Guide (Preis war jedoch auch stolz).

Das Hotelpersonal ist super gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, die Architektur des Hotels ist im Kolonialstil gehalten, Hängematten neben dem Pool, ein wahres Paradies zum Entspannen. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass ich wiederkomme.

Die Unterkunft DEN HOTEL TOTONOU SIEM REAP, die in Siem Reap, 1,3 km von King's Road Angkor entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, kostenlosen... it is nicely located, about 10 min walk from the Pub Street and markets, but at the same time comfortably far from the noise and hussle. there is an excellent eatery next door to the hotel (left, if you face the hotel entrance) with amazing food and real cheap. there is a pool and believe me, you'll appreciate it after a day in the sun and +35. quite picturesque, large rooms with fridges and terraces. a couple of stores with wide assortment of food and drinks within a short walk (3 min).

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very good and the breakfast too. The pool is great for relaxing and cooling off and the location was great.

What is not to like this about this place? We had a family room in Khmer styled A/C family suite decorated with the local furnitures, verandah with you shared with another room, clean and central. Relatively quiet. Lovely pool which we used. Nearby to laundry and shops to buy basic drinks and snacks. Wonderful service and hotel assistance throughout stay and prior. Always courteous and prompt reply with good advice. Thank you for the hospitality!
