The host was there at the building and helped us check in. Otherwise - I think this is one of the best, if not the best place to stay in Gangnam/Southern Seoul. Conveniently located next to Starfield and one of the main metro stations, it's such a great value for money. It was near the end of our 10 days in Korea so we took advantage of the washing machine as well to wash some of our clothing. Very comfy bed as well.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room service was excellent. The hotel itself had an amazing scent and I liked the architecture and art used in decorations. They payed attention to every single detail to make it an unforgettable stay. I'm definitely booking at Josun Palace whenever I'm in Seoul. :)

The location is perfect, there is fast food, fine dining, shopping, cafes, beauty clinics, public transport, and anything else you may need within a short walk. The apartment was also extremely clean and comfortable. There were basic amenities (towels, shampoo, conditioner) dehumidifier and aircon. The neighbors are quiet as well.

The property was extremely convenient and easy to find. It was very quiet and I never heard neighbors except for their door chimes. It serves the role of a small hotel room only with a kitchenette, washer, a lot of storage cabinets, cutlery, and spacious fridge/freezing (plus, much cheaper prices than a hotel). The host will respond quickly and resolve any issues immediately.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The host was courteous and absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and exceeded my expectations. It was spacious compared to similar places in Seoul, easily accommodating a family of 4 to 6 people. The amenities were excellent—just like being in your own home. It’s clear that the host put a lot of effort into making the place look this beautiful. The location is excellent, close to key attractions south of the Han River. I’ve stayed in many places in Seoul over the past years, but this was by far the best experience in every aspect. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Mr. Yongsu Park, for your kind and gracious hospitality.
