We stay for 12 nights here from 18-30 Nov 2024. We arrived at midnight and the staff is waiting for us. The guesthouse has an elevator, and they cleaned our room daily, replacing the shower and face towels with fresh ones each day. They also provided complimentary mineral water (two bottles), tea, coffee, and a water heater. The room and bathroom are spacious complete with bathub, hot and cold water, and a TV. The bed is very soft and comfortable, making us feel right at home—it’s so cozy. The owners and staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The guesthouse’s services and facilities are similar of a star hotel. The location is also convenient, just a 7–10 minute walk from Hapjeong Station, Exit 2. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Korea 😊

We love everything about this hotel. It’s super convenient. We were also upgraded for free when we checked in or we were given a room bigger than what we booked. Check in and check out are both self service. The staffs were accommodating too. They also allowed us to leave our luggages after we checked out since our flight was still in the evening. We will definitely book and stay here again when we go back to Korea. Cheers to the whole team!

Super cozy traditional house type guesthouse. Just a 2 minute walk from Sinchon subway station and a great central location where you can find available anything you need. The room was very clean and warm inside, despite the coldest season. The shared bathroom outside in the yard was also clean and well maintained. There are only a small number of rooms so it was a quiet and felt really safe and private. It was a great experience overall and I recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay. E.T. Imo is a lovely host and it was a pleasure meeting her.

Really cute and cozy room with a great bathroom. Perfect for a solo traveler looking for comfort but not to break the bank with the big hotels in hongdae which are really pricey. The host was very caring and helpful and went above and beyond to assure the stay was comfortable. It was recorded cold and snowing in Seoul when I arrived and when brought me an electric blanket to keep me warm ❤️❤️. She was also very responsive to any needs and available via chat as well. During my stay there were some young girls visiting who were very loud all hours of the night 2am-4am yelling, walking around outside their rooms stomping their feet so loudly it made my bed shake. They were also blow-drying their hair at 4am?! (Who does that, seriously especially at a guesthouse where there are noise rules late at night). Thankfully the guesthouse host asked them to stop the noise and even when they were very unkind and rude to her threatening to leave a bad review she still insisted it is not okay to behave this way as others were trying to sleep. I really appreciated the host's professionalism and for also looking out for the care of everyone in the house. Thank you for being a great host!! Ps: my review says a boy name because I share account with my husband...but it is a ladies only guesthouse

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is great. It is very close to a train station, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The place is very clean and has lots of amenities. We will definitely stay here again.
