1) Location: (a) Just a two minute walk to the Rabat City train station, which has connections to major tourist cities like Fes, Marrakech, Casablanca, (b) Around ten minute walk to the Rabat Medina, (c) Five minute walk to Assounna Masjid.
2) Size: Two very spacious bedrooms and living room with open kitchen/dining area.
3) Facilities: Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, good internet connection and iron with ironing board available too.
4) Balcony: With a great view of Avenue Muhammad V.
5) Toilets: Small extra WC in addition to the main bathroom, which is very convenient for bigger families.
6) Elevator/Lift: Fully functioning elevator that made it easy to get to the apartment on the 3rd floor.
7) Host: Very kind, professional and helpful. His communication was very efficient and timely. He took great care in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

This place was simply beautiful! The price was perfect, I had an incredible room with a view of the cathedral and a very romantic balcony. The beds were so comfortable, the lighting was great and they even kept breakfast opened an extra hour and waited for me to come down. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and totally recommend it!

The place is clean and close to several tourist areas. It’s also near tramway stops, just a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, the price was affordable for its location, and both the staff and the owner are good people. Based on my experience, I recommend it for anyone looking for a good area and delicious food.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The location is great and we enjoyed morning coffee on a wonderfully large balcony overlooking a beautiful park and Hassan’s Tower. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes walk to the Medina. Would definitely book again.

Staff certainly a strenght of the hotel, lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful. Hotel is a very good location just beside medina, 10 mins walk to train station and all main attraction within walking distance. Hotel is clean, decent size of room and great value for money.
