Everything! The property looks exactly as the photos - clean, modern, and spacious. The house was well lighted with warm color so it’s relaxing and homey. All furniture are of good quality and from good brands too. Beds were firmly soft with extra blankets and pillows. Favorite part was the modern kitchen. It was fully equipped! Location wise, it was situated beside a university. It was nice as there are many students walking around especially in the morning. The building itself was old (but so are all the other buildings in Ulaanbaatar), but the apartment unit was surely new. The host was responsive from the moment I booked until we left. He arranged our transfer to and from the airport making it a hassle free experience for us. Overall, we had a great stay and had a great time time in Ulaanbaatar knowing we will go home every night in a clean and safe home. Bonus point for the old man on the first floor taking care of the apartment. Who always greeted us with a smile! Highly recommended for group of friends or families!
