Location location! Beautiful beach. Mattress great. Not too hard and plenty of pillows. Small fridge in room ..coffee pot .. no problem taking drinks to beach. But full service beach bar and restaurant if needed. The room includes using the beach beds, towels etc! Best part is the hostess . Speaks English 👍 and very accommodating to all your needs. I’d definitely stay here again. Also note the beach here is big and not eroded like other parts of plays

The place is noise free and very close to the beach. Also it is very clean and spacious. The host was friendly all the time. If I decide to visit playa del Carmen again I'll definitely consider this place.

Location was great. You could walk to the beach and to port and get a boat to Cozumel. The walking street is a short block away. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. It was a little studio apartment.

Very good location. Helped with all our excursions. Manuel was so very nice and helpful. Beach was walking distance away. Pick up for our excursions was a block and 1/2 away. 5th avenue was a block away, basically right up the street. Super market walking distance, My husband bought a piece of meat it was the best meat I’ve ever had eat. Only rented a car for one day to go to Tulum. Try to go to the beach first thing in the morning so beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful.
