The staff was incredible. It was easy to communicate with, they helped me with everything I asked for. They even gave me herbal tea, fruit and medicine when I told them I was sick. I felt at home. It's also great that it's a 10-minute walk from Utrecht train station. If I come to Utrecht from now on, I'll definitely choose this place.

Everything! Beautiful room, high ceilings, extremely comfortable bed with gorgeous, soft linens, so spacious, seating area with coffee maker, mini fridge, cutlery. Location was perfect. Walking through the plant shop was so special. There is a side door which goes through the back part of the plant shop for after hours. The staff were so friendly and caring. Highly recommend Dawn’s Greenhouse. We stayed in the room in the 1st floor with the Juliet balcony.
