We had an upgrade to a king with a massive bed which was amazing, one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I was just overjoyed. I am constantly travelling and this was a real find. I cannot wait to go back. Staff were very good even when the previous customer in front of us was unhappy (not the hotels fault). Well recommended
