We arrived on a bike - dripping wet. The woman who checked us in was so warm and friendly. I apologized for my dripping and she said, “No problem”. she even brought us an extra towel without us asking. on top of the excellent welcome, this hotel was superbly set up for us - at-grade entry right in front of the building, amenities such as a little kitchen, and lots of space. really liked it!
