The hostel was very beautiful and well located. All facilities were very clean as well, beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They have activities at night that allows you to meet other people easily. They also have a cafe and bar at the hostel which can help a lot.

I am so grateful for the help and support by the ladies at reception. They spent literally hours on the phone with various airlines/airports/consulates and chatting to us to try and figure out next steps regarding all our flight cancellations and airport closures etc. They also upgraded our room at no extra cost!
