There was a problem with the valve to turn on the second shower choice. When I notified the staff they said no worries tomorrow we will put you in a different room where everything works for your second day stay. Everyone was so nice and accommodating especially Jacqueline on my second day. Did everything she could to make sure the rest of my stay was great! Thanks Jacqueline.
